Tropical Sun Foods has added a new range of Caribbean soup mixes to its?repertoire, aimed at offering consumers a more exotic taste, which can be?tailored to suit a variety of everyday meal occasions.
The range includes a Chicken Noodle Soup, Cock Noodle Soup, Vegetable Noodle Soup, Pumpkin Noodle Soup and Fish?Tea Soup.
The brand?s new soups are designed to be easy to make and are traditionally enjoyed in the?Caribbean as a soup base, to which any number of meats or vegetables can be added to suit?any occasion or palate.
Tropical Sun?s soup mixes can be eaten as a snack,?as stock for broths and stews, or as a meal accompaniment.

The new range aims to meet a growing demand by consumers for a more filling and adventurous?alternative to traditional soup offerings.
Research suggests 44%1 of shoppers are continuing?to look for new and interesting offerings, particularly from the ethnic foods category.
The?launch is being supported with PoS and a consumer awareness campaign.
The Caribbean food market has enjoyed a 15% year-on-year growth, with?Tropical Sun continuing to outperform the segment at 20% year-on-year growth.
Tropical Sun brand manager Jag Singh said:
