At the Official Website (http://fo.igg.com) login into your account then look for the anchor link ?Service? which is located on the top right corner of the page. Click on it to proceed with the submission of your issues.
At the Service Center page, the first step is to select the type of game that you wish to report the issue and on this case it's Freesky Online.
The "Fleet block" and "Lagging problems" falls under the "Game and Server Problems" category. Click on the (+) positive sign to expand the list then choose "Fleet Block". A form will be provided to describe the details regarding about this technical error of the game.
Click the submit button after completing the form. You will soon receive a reply on your email account and this could take several hours or even days which depends on how the problems needs to be fixed.
