The BBPA says 27% of the UK population have a long-standing health problem or disability.
The guide sets out practical steps for pubs, and advises on providing an ?access statement? to ensure essential information is in place.
Key issues such as staff training, physical access, signposting and liaising with local authorities are covered.
Paralympian gold medallist Tanni Grey-Thompson supports the guide.
