NBA 2K13 Everywhere Detailed In Developer Diary

NBA 2K13 doesn't end when you turn off your console. 2K Sports has developed mobile and social apps that allow you to continue your experience on the go. A developer diary takes a look at the apps, collectively described as "NBA 2K13 Everywhere."

The MyNBA2K app can be accessed on iOS, Android and Kindle devices. It features several mini-games that let you earn Virtual Currency (VC). The VC you earn can be used to boost player attributes, purchase Signature Skills or buy swag in the MyCAREER and MyTEAM modes. The app can be used in conjunction with the Xbox 360, PS3, or Wii U editions of the game.

NBA 2K MyLIFE is 2K Sports' first Facebook game. Players can import their MyCAREER characters into the game and then compete with friends in skill contests. They can also build a home court, earn endorsmeents and more. The accomplishments in the Facebook game will unlock collectables in the console versions of 2K13.

NBA 2K13 is available worldwide on multiple platforms. The Wii U version obviously won't be out until that console arrives, though.
